Free standard shipping is available when your eligible order amount meets or exceeds the applicable threshold.

European destinations covered by the EUR rate: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

Free standard shipping with no minimum order amount: Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam, for eligible items and addresses.

Saudi Arabia: Standard shipping costs SAR 56. No order-value threshold for free standard shipping currently applies.

All amounts are stated in the currencies shown. The final shipping charge, any applicable currency conversion and free-shipping eligibility are displayed at checkout before payment. Please review your shipping charge after applying any discounts or changing your order.

The rates above apply to eligible products covered by our standard shipping service. Product-specific shipping availability or charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

2. Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, public holidays, weather and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. Please allow for both order processing and transit time when planning your purchase.

4. Customs and Import Fees

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your location. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for specific regulations.
