Refund policy
At Runmefit, we value your satisfaction. Our 30-day return policy ensures that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

Runmefit official store receipt (PDF or printed), is required.

Product must be in unused or minimally used condition (under 3 days of active use).

If the product has an inherent defect, please send us pictures and videos as per the return process, and submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the item. For defective product claims, if the customer does not cooperate with our support team's instructions (such as providing requested photo evidence), we reserve the right to decline the claim.

All original packaging, manuals and accessories must be included.

Exceptions: Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for accessories, including replacement straps, bands, charging cords, and similar items.

For returns due to personal reasons (such as disliking the color or style) that are not related to product quality, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must send the product back in its original packaging.
Important Conditions

Unauthorized Returns: Any product returned without prior authorization (RMA) or sent to an address other than the official return center will not be accepted or refunded. Our office addresses listed online are not valid return addresses.

Change of Mind After Shipment: Refund requests based on “dislike” or “change of mind” are not eligible once the order has been shipped. Customers must first receive the package and then follow the authorized return process.

Proof of Defect Required: For defective claims, if no valid photo/video evidence is provided upon request, the claim will be declined.

Refused Delivery: Orders refused at delivery or returned without authorization will not be refunded.
We strive to offer a fair return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. However, to maintain fairness for all our customers and prevent misuse, the following types of return requests will not be accepted:

Malicious or Excessive Return Requests – Returns that suggest an intent to exploit the policy rather than genuine dissatisfaction.

Unusual Patterns in Multiple Orders – orders followed by bulk returns without valid reasons may be flagged and denied.

Products with visible wear, scratches, stains, or missing parts will not be accepted.

Dislike of color, size, design. (U.S. customers are eligible to request a product replacement.)

For orders shipped to the U.S., a return label will be provided once the request is approved. However, if the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike of color or style), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

For orders shipped outside the U.S., you are responsible for return shipping.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Runmefit immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. Inspect your items upon delivery and reach out right away to ensure a swift resolution.
Get Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Runmefit will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Retail Purchases
The policies outlined on this page apply exclusively to orders placed through the official Runmefit store. If you purchased your item from a Runmefit retailer (or any third-party merchant), please return it to the original point of purchase.
