Runmefit Trade-In Program lets you trade in your old Runmefit watch—or even a smartwatch from another brand—for a new Runmefit device. Once approved, you'll get a coupon for future purchases on the Runmefit Official Store.

All Runmefit smartwatches and fitness trackers are eligible.You can even trade in smartwatches from other brands. The trade-in value depends on the model, condition, and proof of purchase.

Note: Accessories, peripherals and individual parts are not accepted.

① Go to the Trade-In page on the Runmefit Official Store.
② Select your old device model to see the estimated trade-in value.
③ Submit purchase proof or requested device information.
④ Wait for approval, usually within 1 business day.
⑤ Receive your Runmefit Store Coupon and apply it at checkout.

No. You don't need to send your old device back—just recycle it or dispose of it responsibly.

After submitting your trade-in, we'll review it within about 1 business day. Once approved, you'll get a Runmefit Store Coupon by email to use at checkout on the Official Store.

Yes. You can trade in smartwatches or fitness trackers from other brands.

Yes. Trade-in values may change depending on the device model, its condition, and verified proof of purchase.

No. Your new Runmefit product follows the standard Runmefit warranty and return policies.
