Terms of Runmefit Trade-In Program

Dear customer:

Thank you for participating in the Runmefit Trade‑In Program. Runmefit Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Runmefit" or "we" or "us") is dedicated to providing the highest quality service.

I. Precautions

By participating in the Runmefit Trade‑In Program ("Program"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the Runmefit Trade‑In Terms ("Terms"). Please ensure that you have carefully read the following terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms, you should not participate in this Program.

  1. Personal Information – You agree to provide accurate personal information (including but not limited to name, phone number, address, email, etc.) as required to process your trade‑in and issue your coupon.
  2. Device Eligibility – Only devices that meet the Program requirements are eligible for trade‑in. Devices that are lost, stolen, counterfeit, or modified without authorization will be rejected.
  3. Right to Decline – If the issued trade‑in coupon or the available products do not meet your needs, you may decline to participate in the Program before completing the trade‑in.

II. Scope & Eligibility

1. Scope of the Program

The Runmefit Trade‑In Program allows eligible users to exchange old smartwatches or fitness trackers for a discount coupon (up to US$30) toward a new Runmefit product.

2. Models of Old Products Accepted

  • All Runmefit smartwatches and fitness trackers
  • Smartwatches or fitness trackers from other brands, if eligible for trade‑in
  • Trade‑in values vary by device model, year, configuration, and condition

* Note: Separate accessories (such as watch strap, charging cables, watch cases, etc.) are not currently supported in the program.

* This program is independently organized by Runmefit. The other brands involved in the program have no cooperative relationship with Runmefit. The final interpretation right of this program belongs to Runmefit.

3. Number of Participations

Each user, determined by account or email, may participate once during the program period.

4. Program Duration & Regions

  • Program runs for 3 months starting August 1, 2025
  • Available to users aged 18 and above in the following regions:
    United States, Japan, Korea, and certain EU countries/regions, including Spain, Germany, France, Sweden, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Poland, and Romania.

III. Trade-In Process & Responsibilities

1. Participation Process:

  • To participate, you must submit a trade‑in request via the Runmefit Official Store with required proof of purchase or device verification (e.g., screenshot of order or photo of the “About” page if the device still works).
  • Runmefit will review your submission within approximately 1 business day.
  • Once approved, you will receive a Runmefit Store coupon via email to use for a qualifying purchase on the Official Store.

2. Coupons and Their Use

  • After the old product and bill of lading are received and verified as eligible, Runmefit will issue the corresponding trade‑in coupon automatically—no further confirmation is required.
  • Trade‑in coupon value depends on the device’s model, year, configuration, and condition, with a maximum value of US $30. Equivalent amounts in other currencies will follow the local exchange rate.
  • Coupon Validity: Coupons are valid until December 31, 2025, and can only be used for designated products.
  • Fitness Tracker Restriction: Coupons with a face value above US $15 cannot be used to purchase fitness trackers.
  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be split, and must be deducted in full at the time of use. No change will be given.
  • Coupons are single‑use, non‑transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotional offers, unless otherwise specified.
  • Coupons are valid only on the Runmefit Official Store within the stated validity period.

3. Device Handling

  • No device return is required. Customers must recycle or dispose of old devices responsibly.
  • Once a trade‑in is approved and coupon issued, Runmefit has no responsibility for the old device.

4. Changes

  • Trade‑in values and eligible devices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Runmefit reserves the right to deny or revoke trade‑ins that are fraudulent, ineligible, or do not comply with the Program.

5. Program Changes

  • Runmefit reserves the right to modify eligible devices, coupon values, or program duration without prior notice.
  • Fraudulent, ineligible, or otherwise non‑compliant trade‑ins may be denied or revoked.

IV. Limitations

  • Offer is void where prohibited.
  • Runmefit is not responsible for lost emails, misdirected submissions, or late coupon use.
  • Participation in the Program does not extend or alter any warranty or return policy for new purchases.
