How does the launch offer work? What’s the best deal?

Our launch is structured in phases to give our earliest supporters the biggest rewards. Phase 1 (starting Sep 8) will have the absolute best deal, including the largest discount and the most valuable gift pack. While great offers will still be available in later phases, the value will decrease as the launch progresses. To guarantee the best possible price, we strongly recommend ordering as early as you can.

When will my new RACER watch ship?

All pre-orders and launch event orders will begin shipping starting the week of September 22th. We process and ship all orders chronologically, so the sooner you place your order, the earlier it will be in the shipping queue. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your watch is on its way to you.

What is your warranty and return policy?

We stand behind our products with full confidence. Every RACER smartwatch comes with a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty that covers any defects. Additionally, if you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date you receive your watch.
